Hi Jen, That was the trip of a lifetime! We are so pleased we chose to book through Heritage Safaris. Typically, we make travel arrangements ourselves but this time we wanted the ease of leaving it to a professional. Jen, you are the best. We very much appreciate all your promptness in replying to emails as well as your patience in answering our millions of questions. You offered so many options and alternatives when planning that we still felt part of the process without the stress of researching each piece. Every choice you gave us was a quality option. The transitions between flights, hotels, excursions etc were seamless and made our trip all the more enjoyable. We were also blown away by our guides and drivers; they were professional and took such good care of us and we feel like we’ve made some friends in Tanzania. We’ve already been emailing our Kilimanjaro guide, Raphael. Both you and Regional Tours checked in with us at each new stop to ensure everything was going smoothly. There were a couple small bumps in the road but the issues were addressed immediately and beyond our expectations. We keep calling it our 5-star trip. Honestly, this easily tops the list of the trips we’ve taken and we couldn’t be more grateful. Tanzania was total magic and we’ll have these memories forever.
