Dear Thierry, Our entire experience with The Heritage Safari Company was outstanding!  This includes from the initial meeting and finalizing our itinerary, being met at Mt. Kilimanjaro Airport, Tanzania, and the 11 day unforgettable safari, the accommodation, food and the professionalism of our guide was truly flawless!!   I spent many months researching various Safari companies and was impressed with the overall organization of The Heritage Safari Company. Thierry was able to customize our itinerary (including an extra day in the Serengeti when our international flight was changed) and was always very responsive to any queries and in fact anticipated many of our questions.  I always felt very confident that we were receiving good value for our money and reassured with the personal service that we received.
