Hi Thierry,
This was one of the best experiences of our life time (and we have traveled quite extensively). More than we had hoped for! All the camps were wonderful and the people amazing. Tarangire in particular was like being in a vast zoo without fences or borders. The number of elephants, zebras, birds, wildebeest, gazelles and other creatures was outstanding. We saw everything we came to Africa for!! Every park was different and we enjoyed a new experience at each one: Thousands of Wildebeest crossing the Mara River with hundreds of Zebras, having a private plane pick us up due to an impassable bridge, snorkeling with wild dolphins off the coast of Zanzibar in the Indian Ocean, seeing a lion hunt a wildebeest, trekking/hunting with the last nomadic Wahadzabe tribe in Tanzania, having the whole camp sing a traditional happy birthday song while bringing out a cake, and having the wind in our faces as we stand taking in the amazing country and it’s incredible people. There was so much to experience and all of it great…the country, the people, the wild life, the beaches, the amazing camps and the yummy food. This did turn out to be our trip of a life time and we thank you Thierry for the all the hard work you did to put it all together.
Thierry, you deserve all the acumen for the trip being so exceptionally organized.
We look forward to a future trip to Africa…maybe Botswana?! Or a family trip in two years.
