Sue L. Group – North Vancouver | Victoria Falls & Botswana | May 2017

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our African safari…exceeded expectations on all fronts! From our first landing in Vic Falls to our final farewell in Maun we were treated like royalty by professional , thoughtful, kind-hearted men and women. Our lodgings were exceptional. Vic Falls and Kwando….and the camping experience, a tad challenging at first for a non camper, but truly the way to be at one with the animals. All wonderful. You have done a masterful job, Thierry, of researching lodgings that provide ultimate comfort and tour companies that employ and train amazing staff. Bravo! Oh, the animals were pretty impressive as well. Hope we have another opportunity to work with you. We are recommending your company to all who inquire.

Hello Thierry,we had an amazing time. Both of the lodges were excellent, pure luxury !
All ground crew were on time, professional and accommodating. Tebby and his Safari crew were superb hosts, the food was excellent (not sure I’m a camper though.. ) and his knowledge of the plants / animals and general area was impressive. I believe we received high value for the money spent and will enjoy the memories of this adventure for many years to come.

Hi Thierry Except for the Southern Sun check in issue it was flawless. Always met, transfers were efficient, but more importantly the staff and experience were terrific. Great guides and camp staff, flexible and very knowledgeable. Ilala Lodge and the Tau Pan resorts were wonderful and very appreciated as a way to start and end the trip. I loved the camping part and thought that whole experience was terrific. Great food, comfortable tenting and a great pace of travel. Loved seeing the animals and was very appreciative of the real concern the guides had about a respectful exposure to the animals. Unbelievable knowledge. We had a nice visit to a school for deaf kids just up the road from 5 volcanoes which was the place we dropped off the soccer balls and jerseys.
Gorillas were magnificent, but just as much, we appreciated the exposure to Rwanda’s recent genocide and how well the country is doing. Impressive. Regards
