  Welcome to Cape Town! You will be met at the door of your aircraft with your name on a paging board and assisted through immigration, baggage collection and customs. You will then be transferred to your hotel where you will stay for 4 nights.

  This modern boutique hotel is situated in the heart of the residential suburb of Gardens in Cape Town. A national monument dating back to the mid 1700’s, The Three Boutique Hotel sits directly below the iconic Cape Town mountains – Table Mountain, Devils Peak and Lions Head – hence its name.
  The Three has 15 contemporary en-suite rooms over two floors. With a soft palette, these luxury rooms feature king size beds, crisp white cotton linen and towels, frameless rain-showers (bath available on request), air-conditioning and heating, satellite television, tea and coffee stations and complimentary WiFi throughout. In keeping with the history of the building (its wooden floors and sash windows), there is a black and white tiled columned terrace that wraps around the house and leads to the swimming pool and poolside gazebo lounge. The rooftop deck offers panoramic views; there is a licensed bar, a breakfast room and coffee bar and secure parking.

  Centrally located, The Three is a five minute walk from the Gardens Shopping Mall and the oak-lined Government Lane leading to town centre. The Three is only a 10 minute drive from the Table Mountain Cableway and the V & A Waterfront.

• Day 5,6 & 7 Kruger National Park

  After breakfast, transfer to Cape Town airport for your flight to Kruger Park ( not included). Upon arrival at Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, you will be met and transferred to Mjejane River Lodge where you will stay for 3 nights.
  Overnights Mjejane River Lodge  (Std Room) B,L,D

  A bush safari experience with the comforts of a hotel, Mjejane River Lodge is perched on the banks of the Crocodile River adjacent to the southern Kruger National Park. This riverside setting can be appreciated from all areas of the lodge, with an array of animals making daily use of the river. There are 10 good-sized standard rooms offering double or twin accommodation. With traditional safari style decoration in browns and beiges to blend in with the surrounds, the rooms are all have en-suite bathrooms, hairdryer, minibar fridge, tea and coffee station and patios overlooking the Crocodile River. An ideal setting for relaxing and soaking up the bush surrounds, the main lodge facilities include a restaurant, bar and swimming pool set under shady trees with views extending to the river below. A lovely large lawn in front of the lodge adds to the space and serene atmosphere.
  Due to the location of Mjejane, just outside the Kruger National Park, guests have access to a variety of activities. These include game drives in the morning and afternoon, nature walks, horse riding and mountain biking (nearby).

• Day 8,9,10,11 & 12 Mozambique

  After breakfast, transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport for your flight to Maputo (not included).  Upon arrival at Maputo airport you’ll be transferred to Maputo Marina and then by boat to Machangulo Peninsula where you will stay for 5 nights.
  Overnights Machangulo Beach Lodge (Ocean View Room) B,L,D

  Tucked away in southern Mozambique on the very edge of Machangulo Peninsula, overlooking the channel that runs between Inhaca Island and the Bay of Maputo, is the warm and inviting Machangulo Beach Lodge. Caught between the battle of ocean and estuaries, Machangulo overlooks endless white beaches, untouched dune forests, estuaries and the eternally, wide open ocean.
  The lodge features 5 premium ocean view chalets, perched on a ridge overlooking spectacular scenery. Each chalet has an on-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, mosquito nets, minibar and private deck. There are also additional villas nestled in the dunes a bit closer to the beach. These are suitable for larger groups or families travelling together, with a 4 bedroom villa with its own pool, lounge and kitchen to the two 2 bedroom family villas. All accommodation is connected by walkways and staircases to the main lodge and the beach. The main lodge houses a large inviting lounge with bar, and large dining area where seafood, freshly caught and simply prepared, is a specialty. Hidden behind the main building is the Boma, and situated near the beach is the Beach Bar with a pool and deck. Access is via a 1 hour boat transfer from the marina in Maputo.
  Activities that can be done from the lodge include dune walks, a visit to Santa Maria Village to experience the local culture, excursions to Inhaca and Portuguese Island or the mainland capital of Maputo, fishing, snorkelling, beach picnics, seasonal whale watching (June – November) and turtle nesting excursions (late Spring) and the Wellness Spa (excursions and motorised activities additional charge, some activities are tide and weather dependent). At the activities centre next to the Beach Bar guests have access to beach towels, gazebos, hammocks, boogie boards, fishing rods, snorkel sets, kids toys and beach chairs.

  After breakfast transfer by boat to Maputo Marina and by road to Maputo airport for your onward flight. B
